The shop will be closed for orders from Monday 2nd August to Monday 16th August 2010. Custom orders, made at the last minute before the shop closes will still be dispatched 2 - 3 weeks after we receive the payment for your order as normal.
Just to clarify (as we have had several emails asking about cut off times for custom orders) your order should take the usual 2-3 weeks, irrespective of whether you place your order before the 02/08/10 or after 16/08/10 
THE ONLY DIFFERENCE FOR CUSTOMERS IS THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER ON THE SHOP BETWEEN 2ND AND 16TH AUGUST 2010.

1. Wee Notions will never outsource to other countries - If we expand and take on new workers they will be from the local area to us in Yorkshire. Any sweat generated in our shop will be Yorkshire Sweat!
2. We try to source all of our fabrics and notions from Great Britain. The nature of the business is such that sometimes we have to look abroad for our suppliers but we always try to source ethically.
3. We strive to make a small impact on our planet by recycling wherever possible and by being aware of our electrical and office sundry consumption.
